An institutional partner for schools & colleges.

Hyderabad / Telangana · Serving Schools & Colleges

High Palm Education And Study Academy partners with schools and colleges to plan, build, and run the programs to implement NEP 2020 — skill labs, career counselling, life-skills education, faculty development, and more. Every program is designed, delivered, and assessed end-to-end by the Learning And Development team of High Palm Education And Study Academy.

Every CBSE school now needs a Composite Skill Lab. We build the whole system around it — one coordinated program, not seven vendors.

In August 2024, CBSE mandated that every affiliated school set up a Composite Skill Lab for classes 6–12, aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework for School Education. Schools seeking fresh CBSE affiliation must have one in place now. Already-affiliated schools have a three-year window from the circular date to comply.

NEP 2020 goes further than labs. Section 4.4 calls for holistic development — not just cognitive learning — which is where health awareness, financial literacy, career guidance, and structured faculty development all become part of what a modern institution is expected to offer, not optional extras.

Most schools don't need another equipment vendor. They need someone who understands the regulation, designs the program around it, and stays on to run it. That's the gap High Palm Education And Study Academy fills.

What We Do

One partner, seven disciplines, a single coordinated program.

01Composite Skill Labs

Design, equip, and run CBSE-compliant Composite Skill Labs — AI, robotics, coding, electronics, and 3D printing — mapped to NEP 2020 / NCF-SE and the mandated 110 hours of skill education a year.

02Health & Financial Literacy

Structured, age-appropriate programs covering money management, health and nutrition awareness, and personal wellbeing — built alongside the academic curriculum, not squeezed into it.

03Career Counselling

One-on-one and classroom career guidance from Class 9 onward — stream selection, aptitude mapping, and structured exposure to career pathways beyond the usual handful.

04Institutional Consulting

Advisory support for school and college leadership — affiliation readiness, curriculum alignment, accreditation preparation, and program design for NEP-aligned outcomes.

05Transformational Speakers

Curated speaker sessions and assemblies that give students and faculty real exposure to achievers, professionals, and changemakers, matched to your institution's goals for the year.

06Learning And Development

Structured Staff and Faculty Development Programs — pedagogy, classroom technology, and the soft skills that keep a teaching and non-teaching team current.

07Educational Tours & Workshops

Planned, supervised learning tours and hands-on workshops that take classroom concepts into the field — industry visits, exhibitions, and experiential learning trips.

How We Work

A single point of accountability, from first walkthrough to next academic year.

Assess

We walk your campus, review your current affiliation status and curriculum, and map what's already compliant against what NEP 2020 and CBSE now expect.

Step 01 / 05

Design

A program plan built for your institution specifically — which labs, which literacy modules, which counselling cadence — not a generic package.

Step 02 / 05

Build

Physical labs, training material, and session calendars get built and installed, coordinated with your academic calendar.

Step 03 / 05

Deliver

Faculty training, student sessions, counselling, tours, and speaker events run through the year, tracked against the plan.

Step 04 / 05

Review

A structured review each term, so the program evolves with the institution instead of sitting static.

Who We Serve

Built for institutions, not individuals shopping for a single course.

High Palm Education And Study Academy works directly with school and college administrations across Hyderabad and Telangana — one institutional agreement covering the programs you choose, run on your calendar, reviewed with your leadership.
